Next Health Nightmare If Marijuana Legalization Takes Place?
Killer Black Mold:
Stachybotrys Chartarum
Please see this video to understand some of the very serious harms.
Here are some examples of what Stachybotrys looks like:
Here's what mold did to a mold inspector:
Stachybotrys is present on most building materials. When it is dry, it is fairly harmless. When it comes into contact with moisture however, things change drastically. Once a home is contaminated with Stachybotrys, walls must be cut out of the home and sealed in airtight plastic to be removed.
Attempting to wash the deadly spores away will release the microscopic spores into the air causing serious harm to humans such as allergic reactions, asthma, and other respiratory complaints, even irreversible neurological damage, lesions, rashes and hormonal imbalances.
Costs to insurance companies are extremely high when it comes to the removal process and air testing of homes contaminated with Stachybotrys. With indoor grows being legal and completely unregulated, should marijuana legalization pass, it will be very difficult and in some cases impossible to regulate indoor cultivation.
Here are the four things Stachybotrys needs to spread:
1. Cellulose (wood and plant material)
2. Air
3. Water, condensation
4. The "right" temperature
Indoor marijuana cultivation requires:
1. Wood (Cellulose), plastic and reflective tarping
2. Water
3. Soil, plants (Cellulose)
4. Temperature control and air filtration
5. Lamps
Outdoor cultivation has all these things but the elements control the processes.
Homeowners beware!
Proposition 19 states the following:
SECTION 3. The Regulate, Control and Tax Cannabis Act of 2010
In 1996, there was a study of 10,000 cases of Aspergillosis with treatment costs of $633 Million. That means on average, just to try and treat (not cure) the problem, each case accrued average costs of roughly $63,300.
Which strains of Aspergillus grow on marijuana and are they harmful to humans? Read the answer by a world-class authority on Aspergillus strains below. We also contacted several other leading authorities on this issue, such as a former lead scientist of the USDA and a forensic Professor & Scientist from the University of New Haven, Henry C. Lee, College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences who have also confirmed our findings.
Key words: "Aspergillus - flavus, fumigitus & niger - all pathogens and some saprophytes, all aflatoxins, capable of mycotoxin synthesis (toxic poison that attacks the human immune system and WILL cause severe problems such as neurological damage, shortened life-span and even death) and pathogenicity against humans..." (Email addresses redacted for privacy.)
Aspergillus fumigitus is the most dangerous of the very harmful three strains. It grows well and rapidly in 37° Celsius = 98.6° Fahrenheit = HUMAN BODY TEMPERATURE -- Of course we found out what rapidly means. Rapidly means 48 HOURS (Clinical Mycology, 2009).
Therefore, if the Regulate, Control and Tax Cannabis Act of 2010 passes, 1/3 of California will be at risk of serious BLACK MOLD CONTAMINATION as well as Aspergillus exposure. And how will anyone be able to control the contamination when anyone can cultivate marijuana in their home or backyard at any time without supervision? ...Well? ...Anyone?
In their homes and neighborhoods, beginning in the hot summer months, when temperatures present the "right environmental factors" for Aspergillus and Stachybotrys to colonize, DANGEROUS microbial contaminants will infect communities while they are unaware. And by the time communities become aware, it will be too late to save those affected.
Aspergillus fungus reproduces in the winter months and colonizes in the summer months in the right moisture setting which is between 10% - 75% moisture content. Marijuana is said to be sold at 10%-15% (or more) moisture content.
The State of California has temperatures between 90°F and 120°F about five months out of the year. Cultivating marijuana in these regions would be a detrimental health risk to the communities.

Will legalizing Marijuana place our National Security at risk?
We think so.
How will California defend itself against the enemy both foreign and domestic, in a newly intoxicated condition? - Not very well.
The Department of Homeland Security has the threat level in the airline sector set to level “Orange” or “High.” The next threat level would be “Red” for “Severe.” With marijuana legalization, drug paraphernalia would become yet another source of concern for airline security. We cannot afford to be casual about many items, which are banned from being brought on a plane. Drug paraphernalia would add a long list of items, which we must not be burdened with. -
