Some folks just can't take NO for an answer!

How many attempts have drug legalizers made over the years? So many that you'd think they'd get the message by now, that the general and clear minded population is not interested in voting in favor of marijuana legalization for just anyone. What? Are we crazy?

Especially intersting is that in 1972, legalizers at least had enough sense in their dazed and confused heads, to add language to their proposition that said:

"...Does not repeal existing, or limit future, legislation prohibiting persons under the influence of marijuana from engaging in conduct that endangers others." - source here

That's right! At least back in 1972, they knew people can become a threat to the public while high on pot. Case in point, John Patrick Bedell

The Regualte, Control and Tax Cannabis Act 2010 is not as careful with the good people of California (to put it mildly). No, they don't care if people are dangerous. They literally demand that we do the following:

SECTION 3. The Regulate, Control and Tax Cannabis Act of 2010

History will teach us how smart we are:

Will legalizing Marijuana place our National Security at risk?

We think so.

How will California defend itself against the enemy both foreign and domestic, in a newly intoxicated condition? - Not very well.

The Department of Homeland Security has the threat level in the airline sector set to level “Orange” or “High.”  The next threat level would be “Red” for “Severe.”  With marijuana legalization, drug paraphernalia would become yet another source of concern for airline security.  We cannot afford to be casual about many items, which are banned from being brought on a plane.  Drug paraphernalia would add a long list of items, which we must not be burdened with.  -

Legalization of cannabis would bring on a whole new way for adults to look at the youth.
